At Dr.G Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a printed copy of your return authorization form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
